Truss Mounted Tracking Spotlight — Version 2.00
(based on Stage Lighting System Version 2.00 scripts)

The Simcaster Tracking Spotlight is an attractive, versatile spotlight which smoothly
articulates motion in both pitch and yaw directions. The spotlight is copyable, so
you can set up a full featured array of lights, all controlled by the Stage Master HUD.

Spotlight Tracking
===========================================

The signature feature of this spotlight is its tracking capability —
lights can follow avatars or rezzed targets in real time.

Tracking Modes:
1. Stationary Tracking – Lock the beam onto a rezzed, non-moving target
2. Path Tracking – Use the scripted target to follow a predefined route
3. Avatar Tracking – Wear the Target HUD and walk while the lights follow

------------------------------------
Stationary Tracking
-------------------------------------------
Rez the *Tracking Target* and place it on the ground where you want the spotlights to point.
Click the target to open its menu, then:

- Select the channel (one of 10, explained below).
- Click "Target On". The selected lights will point to the target (which disappears when in use).
- Click "Target Off" to restore the target and return the spotlights to their stowed position.

-------------------------------------------
Path Tracking
-------------------------------------------
There are three predefined paths: circular, elliptical, and linear.

- Click "Set Motions" to choose the path shape.
- Click "Travel Distance" to set the path’s size.
- Click "Angle" to define the path's orientation.
- Then click "Target On" to activate tracking.

Click on "All Targets Off" if you want to remove tracking from all spotlights on the parcel.

-------------------------------------------
Avatar Tracking
-------------------------------------------
To track an avatar:

- Wear the *Tracking Target HUD* from your inventory.
- Click the HUD’s Menu button, then click "Target On".

-------------------------------------------
Note
-------------------------------------------
Turning on a new target for lights that are already tracking will redirect them to follow the new target.

===========================================
Multi-Channel Lighting (10 Channels)
===========================================

The system supports 10 independent lighting channels, allowing you to:
- Group or separate lights across your venue
- Integrate seamlessly with other Simcaster Stage Lighting products

===========================================
Options Menu
===========================================

The lighting menu system includes access control with three levels:

- Owner: Only the owner can operate the system.
- Group: Anyone in the assigned group can operate it.
- All: Anyone can operate.

Additional Options:
- Verbose On/Off: Echo lighting commands to local chat, or disable them.

You can redeliver the latest version anytime from the Marketplace.
