With this old rustic and detailed Tuscany Farmhouse you bring some Mediterranean breeze into your second life. Love this, a detailed piece of work and very adaptable. Well worth the price. We've made it the centrepiece of our land at Pienza, and are spending many happy hours fiddling with it all. :)
Stunning
This is a lovely build, and well suited to immediate occupation and furnishing.
I'd have given it 5 stars (plus!) except that there's no information about a) the difference between versions 1 and 2 b) how the rezz-faux commands work (I suspect that the 'Terraform' command is there to help you blend the edges of the garden with your own terrain but I'm not sure; and the difference between 'Stealth', 'Store', and 'Finish').
Also, the fireplace is a bit tiny for a building of this scope, and the location of the chimney (in a corner, between two windows) means that if you want to install your own, decently sized, Renaissance fireplace you have to place it elsewhere and create a new chimney, guessing at the name of the stone texture required.
But never mind: if you enjoy a little building, this is no great task. And, overall, the Tuscan Farmhouse is a winner, with excellent features at the outset, and enormous potential to furnish and decorate in a style appropriate to the period (which could be 14th century for the RPers, or a modern holiday retreat in Chiantishire for those who find RL Tuscany beyond their means).
And the price... Bravo!

This house is simply beautiful! The garden is spectacular, with an outdoor sitting area and fireplace. I just LOVE the enclosed stone patio—it's perfect for dancing. All the textures are superb and there are actually seven rooms, so I have a bedroom, living room, library, media room, piano room, a long hallway/gallery and a sitting room that looks out over the sea. The flowers on the stone patio are exquisite. I couldn't be happier with this purchase!

Perfect in every way.
I bought this because even though I can't use it now in the themed neighborhood I'm currently living in, I had to own it for the future. It's so beautiful. Every detail. You have to rez this at the store and walk through it, seriously, so breathtaking. Prim count is low too and I was able to squeeze it into an 1125m plot. I found a ton of Italian style structures on the marketplace and none of them compared to this one, this was the one I spent the L on :) So worth it.
