Twinkling Stars Particle Effect (twinkle star emitter) - copy version

Place this on the ground to generate multi-color twinkles that linger or blink depending on settings.

Customization menu has the following features:

- Select from 5 twinkle sizes
- Select particle life -- from short flashes to lingering particles
- Select density (number of particles)
- Select motion (still or falling at different speeds)
- Select effect radius (up to 30 meters)
- On/Off switch
- Reset button
- Hide/Show button to hide prim
