We recently gave a lot of our outfits small tweaks or facelifts. This gown was included in that. The prims of this gown are more triangular, and when walking the gown flies back, exposing your legs. Some people do not mind this, but depending on the occasion, showing skin on ones legs, especially above the knee, may not be appropriate. Therefore, we included an underskirt in the same material as the gown. This gives the illusion that the gown curves with your legs and over your knees. This also helps when you are sitting in a chair, no more knees popping out of your skirt due to that pesky law of gravity (a demonstration of this is shown in the photos). The gown skirt and the underskirt are NOT attached, so if you don't mind showing your legs, or you are not wearing the gown for any particular event, then you can opt to not wear the underskirt. We just figured we would give you the option. More options mean more satisfied customers. =)

You can also wear the top of the gown with the underskirt option for a lovely semi-formal dress. This gown comes with two different lengths of underskirts, so you get three dresses in one =)
