Not worth the money.
I don't understand why this is no mod, or copy, or trans. This is completely un usable if you are renting a place 20 prims or lower. And for a no permission item, 100L is too high. Sorry, but you should really fix the permissions, as I'm not happy that I can't do anything with it to make it prim acceptable.
