[UN] Alpha Animate

Unrepentant's Alpha Animate system is our effort to create an comprehensive alpha (transparency) changing system for making attached pets, companions and more 'move' with an avatar. It lets you:
-Flip multiple prim/faces visible in individually timed sequences.
-Define prims to change transparency on by number or name.
-Set the transparency level of each prim/face as its made visible.
-Assign loops of alpha changing sequences to any avatar animation state (walking/running/flying/etc).
-Define which animation state triggers which of your loops (e.g. hovering, flying, falling all playing the 'flying' loop)
-Have multiple loops per avatar animation state with a percentage chance of it running that you define.
-Assign a set of animation loops to the object when it is rezed (or disable animations on rez).

It's all managed through lists in a setup script which allows you to define the faces you want to show, how and when.
