I dunno if some updates was made since 2016. I could walk up these completely fine. I loved the look of these too so yay, thank youu. :)
Sucky product Sucky Support
So the stairs basically do not work. I contact them about it and get told "We don't support physics on objects unless specifically stated." No where in the description does it say this. Do they attempt to make things right? No they do not instead they take my money and then choose to ignore me. People stay away from these creators. They just proved they do not care.
