Out of the folder, all objects are only 1 land impact, and maintain a very low land impact even after being upscaled. All objects are material mapped, and the "Modern Under Construction Sign" has it's sign textures on separate faces so the textures can be swapped. Includes all of the textures the product uses for modding purposes.
