Urban Decor Pack 2020

In this pack you'll find a wealth of urban, industrial, grungy assets made with thought and care.

The mesh assets in this are copy and modify (no transfer) though included also are the textures for each asset which are full perm so you can locally download and modify them. While each asset works out of the box, this set is intended for those with experience with SL's build tools as they will get the very most out of it.

Each asset is made to be minimal land and graphical impact, featruing accurate physics and representative LODs so that this decor can even be used in combat areas where things such as accurate raycasting and physics are a concern.
