This is our new Fancy boat dock! It comes with a ton of options, has preset textures also a realistic light system that is on and off! Has a retractable ramp and can give access to only yourself, group or everyone. You can change the textures to your liking if you do not like the presets! All the options are controlled by the electrical box next to the ramp (need to be 3 meters away)

Not as advertised
There is no texture hud and the lights on it do not work. It still looks nice but is not 100% what it was advertised to be.

Okay, I looked and looked for a high-end, modern style dock for my private marina. Everything on the MP was rustic. This is EXACTLY what I was looking for. It's absolutely gorgeous. Lighting is great, textures are rich and yummy. And I love the different color options. Note: You MAY have to reset and refresh the scripts after rezzing it on the ground. Initially when I rezzed the dock, the lights and ramp weren't responding when I clicked the electrical box. Resetting it fixed it and everything worked great from there. What I would love is if there were some modular pieces that could be used to build a network of docks and jetties. Just dropping a hint. ;-) But still, this is amazing. Again, really beautiful dock. Exceptional. ♥♥♥

This is exactly what we were looking for as we have a yacht, we did not want a rustic looking dock. This is perfect. The hud works fine - you just have to be standing next to the power box next to the ramp for it to work, which is explained in the notecard. Great job on the textures, looks great! I love the 5 color options. Well done!
Looks nice but doesnt work
cant get a hud to pop up when i click it so it doesnt work the way it said it would
