Not getting the full use out of your gadgets because you can't remember all those pesky commands?
Just plain tired of typing things like: /1 hug Pale Spectre?
Wish you had an easy to use menu-driven interface instead?
The Universal Control Device is a HUD mounted, all-in-one, fully customisable, menu interface. It can be configured to have up to 10 menus operating on 10 different channels. It will replace any command (of up to 24 characters) that you would normally type, with a correspnding menu option.
The menus can be fully structured with sub-menus, organised by gadget, or channel, as you please.
Each menu can have a user-defined title.
Each menu can use a different channel.
Each menu can carry up to a total of 12 command options and links to other menus.
This version of the UCD includes a Targeting system.
A built-in scanner will present a drop-down menu with an alphabetical listing of Avatars within a 96m radius. When a target is selected it will immediately update all buttons that use a target to reflect the new name. The targeting system also allows you to keep up to 9 permanent, Preset, targets by entering them into the Preset List notecard.
This very unique feature allows you to control devices that use an Avatar name in their commands without any typing.
This is not a hack, or a trick, or an exploit. The menus are dynamically created according to a user configuration and will work just as if they had been included with whatever products you already use. The Universal Control Device can be reconfigured at any time your needs or gadgets change.
The Universal Control Device will control any product over which you have legitimate rights by adding a menu interface where otherwise you would have to type commands.
