Where is the top?

The bottom fits fine but I expected to see a complete outfit but there was no top in the folder when I received it. Nothing on the ad says it is bottom only. It just says "jogger". You could at least sell the top separately, but a complete outfit would be better. I would have rated this higher had there been a complete outfit.
