This 15 x 15 m 2-storey house is only 32 prims, fits easily onto 512 sq m land, and now comes with privacy windows using a simple menu system.
The large glass areas and doors can also be tinted by typing /2401 followed by one of these options: clear, light, medium, dark.
I have also updated some of the textures of the house, though as before these are modifiable if there are any you want to replace. (Note: although the house says No Modify, this only applies to the scripts in the windows).
This house is supplied in a Rez-Faux box - simply place the box in the centre of where you want to place the house, then click the box and click on Rez. You can then move or rotate the box to adjust the position of the house until it is how you like it.
