The Logan Cottage is another of my creation for who loves the wood warmth in a country style. The Kool script in the door makes it suitable in the role play.
Real logs, no textures!

Snowy Roof AddOn: 16 L.I. (C)
Snowy Rocks AddOn 5 L.I. (C)

Livingroom, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen.
Porch
The house will come in winter version (with snow on the roof and on the rocks) The pines can change textures (green or snowy).
After the winter just delete the snowy roof and rocks and the lodge will be in summer version.

★ The lodge will appear as 'No Mody' in your inventory due to scripts permissions, but will be Copy and Modify when rezzed.
★Contains rezzer powered by Casper Premium Scripts.
★ Along the house comes a notecard with the instruction for the rez box.
★ Take note that the flowers and the bushes are only an Add on for the Lodge and they are only Copy and linked together.
★ As this house is 100% mesh made, i recommend you to use Viewer 3 or some else viewer compatible with meshes to see it properly.
★ Please, don't unlink the mesh if you haven't idea how to set optimizations. Any manipulation in settings (resize, unlink, link) could increase the Land Impact.
