I made this version only for all those who do not like to decorate their house, the furniture is no Mody, don't ask me to change it, please!
C/M furniture are sold separately in my marketplace.

★ As this house is mesh made, i recommend you to use Viewer 3 or some else viewer compatible with meshes to see it properly.
★ Please, don't unlink the mesh if you haven't idea how to set optimizations. Any manipulation in settings (resize, unlink, link) could increase the Land Impact.
