Automatic water drinker in every place.
All the stable doors contain the Kool door script.
No one can open the doors unless it is in the white list so your horses will be safe.

As gift (only copy) you'll get the manure (you can delete it), the straw floor, the hay and straw bales and the lights.

Don't unlink the mesh if you haven't idea how to set optimizations. Any manipulation in settings (resize, unlink, link) could increase the Land Impact.
