Hello, I bought this television, after some adjustments that I had to do to make it work correctly >>Q -.All I see is just a blank screen.
R - Open Preferences (Ctrl + P) in your viewer. Make sure streaming music and media are enabled in Preferences → Sound & Media -> Sounds.
Turn off/on the TV
Q - All I see is just a white screen or black screen
R - Turn off your TV.
Open Preferences (Ctrl + P) in your viewer. Go to Preferences → Sound & Media -> Media.
Make sure to checkmark "Allows media to auto-play", "Allow inworld scripts to play media" and "Play media attached to other avatars".
Make sure to unmark "Enable Media Filter".
Clear viewer cache and relog (Network and Files -> click "Clear Browser Cache")
Get close to main tv system, turn on the TV then click "white screen". Clicking screen could helps to activate shared media.
