VGAT is a small beautiful small office building. Its elegant and expensive looking design is perfect for any small office or headquarter needs.
Almost every thing is functioning. Sliding doors, up-down elevator system, animated computers screens, animated seats and opening and closing drawers. Seats include multiple animations. You can add and position your animations without extra prim. You can add your own logos by just dragging and dropping your textures. Slide show board is also designed to animate your slides (just drop your slides into its content)

could be improved, but it's good
It's a nice building if you like it, but it has some flaws.
1- it's not mesh, and it spends a lot of prims, today a lot, and that can be updated, even send the update to the people who bought it, it's sad this happens, it uses many many prims, even just the building, in that meaning is totally out of date and can be fixed, but he doesn't want to. the furniture is from many prims, it's a mess, he doesn't update it to mesh, he would gain a lot if he made that decision and effort.
2- it has gigantic dimensions for doors for example, if you don't know how to modify the building, it can be a total problem but it has a solution
a, unlink the objects and you can delete them for example, and they can be modified for that reason you can change the size of doors, and stretch windows, or change texture.... you have to know a minimum how to make changes, move objects, delete, unlink objects , modify texture, modify object size, and the building could have much fewer prims without the furniture it comes with, and small doors, the paintings have 2 prims, one the painting and the other a shadow, it's absurd.
For this reason I give it 2 stars, for not being mesh and not updating and giving old buyers the mesh building and furniture, for not putting in reasonable-sized doors and being forced to modify it, and because, for example, there is a closet of about 50 prims that if you don't unlink it you can't delete it, today that closet is made of 1 prim.
I have read that he ignores the comments and does not help, that is bad.
In my case, that building has been perfect for its beauty and distribution, I erased all the separations on the upper floor, objects and changed the size of the doors, it is just the building I needed, perfect for my tastes and needs, luckily I had prims and I know a Little bit of construction, I modified it and if it weren't for the bad things mentioned here, I would give it 5 stars without hesitation...and I encourage you to continue building but with mesh
WAY too big
As has been posted by others, the scale is all wrong
Standard 5 - 6 foot avs can hardly see over the top of the furniture... and it doesn't seem to be scalable.

Some very nice features but too big to be usable
I read the review by another purchaser but hoped I could shrink the structure. Sadly I cannot in any reasonable form, I suppose if you did it piece by piece, but I don't have the patience. It is a nicely put together building, but even my tallest avatars (80% height) looked small.

beautiful build, sleek & modern. crisp detailed textures. mod so can adjust and change as desired. tons of furniture and accessories to play with (also mod). could use as store or even beach house. very pleased with it.
