In Basic-Configuration, it comes with only 29 (!) Prims, plus the lightsystem and the railing.
Complete equiped, it has only 120 prims.
You also get with it a 77 Mesh letterbox to build your logo inworld... no costs for upload for you.
It comes in a Caspertech Rezz-Box, so its ultra easy to rezz and to set up. (instructions insinde)
