You see here a perfect shaped, easy to use and clean designed House/Villa

It comes with with a footprint of 70x48 Meter, a hight of 17 Meter (without the platform) and gives you with a minimum of landimpact ( 150 LI for the Building) a perfect space to live.

By purchasing this house, you get a near all inclusive package, that contains all you need to start in Second Life or for the Land you own :)

The Building comes with a Caspertech Rezz-Box.
That means, you can rezz and reposition it very easy.
The House comes with a lot of linksets, and its full mod and copy, so you can make changes if you like. Also for deleting the optional Floating-platform, that i installed to use the house as a floating island.
