This is a beautiful house..if you upgrade the textures to pbr and the roughness it is a very nice house and comes with everything but the furniture..I love it..and its very roomy!!

what the floor?
I bought this house after contemplating and saving up 860L to do s. When i finally bought it I rezzed it and I cant walk on the whole first floor without floating. I have tried all the troubleshooting ideas in the notecard and the tips the creator gave me. I asked for a refund as it is a build issue and i got told that i needed to follow the troubleshooting. I really wanted this house and now i can't use it without messing up my hover and my avatar.

House is as described so glad I bought this house and was not deterred by the negative comment. The house rezzed perfectly. This is one of the best built houses I have ever purchased. Perfect for my needs. I gave it four stars only because the layout is an odd arrangement but works for me because it is a house for show and a dfs works space for cooking. I love the added landscaping and pool area.
Rez box is broken or contents packed poorly
I have Opened several times to see if there was an issue but no the house comes like a puzzle in rez box not put together I paid the builder for a built house if I knew I had to build it I could have used one of my other houses. Needed a place for a pool party quick when reworking my land thanks for nothing wont buy again from this seller.
