The Signs on the barrier you can either leave or change to your own designed sign

Open timer,
Authorized users List
Group or everyone

( Although the item is 6 prims you can modify it to less or more if you want. )
Barrier Uses "Fox Labs" Scripting

The Item is Copy, Modifiable, even though it says it is not, this is due to the script being no mod
