Cute & rustic looking shop.
This lovely store has 2 floors.
Bottom floor has 2 rooms at each side ( they both have a windowsill where you can display your products for people who walk by ), and a hallway-like area in the center with a doorway that leads to the 2nd floor.
The 2nd floor is a large open space without walls so you can use the space to display larger items.
The walls of this store are striped, or are in a very light beige hue that matches the striped walls.
And inside and outside of this shop are darker wooden accents to add extra detail to the store. :)
The roofs of this store are a semi faded shade of green to make the store really stand out.
The store comes with the door that you see in the picture. It has the same rustic wood texture as the dark accents in the store and has a copper handle. It is made of mesh ( has a Land Impact of 4 ) and is completely optional.
Alternatively, this building can also be used as a home because of its warm use of materials and cosy feeling.
AO maps are included so you can change textures of the walls without losing the shading, but please keep in mind that several objects and/or walls share the same UvMap.

So Close to Being An Outstanding Store
The bottom part of the store is lovely and very usable. The stairs are cute/clever. But the roof is so low on the upper floor that the upstairs is completely unusable as a store. The low slanted roof blocks seeing the vendors on the walls unless you are standing in the dead center of the room, making it too difficult for customers to see vendors and purchase stuff.
Fortunately the store is mod, so the roof can be raised. However, because the store is constructed to be low LI, all the prims that compose it (over 30 of them) are all interconnected in ways that make it EXTREMELY difficult to edit it to raise the room.. the interconnected prims all need modifying (not just the walls) when you raise the ceiling. It took me hours to get the ceiling raised one meter. But once it was finally raised, the upper part of the store is now quite usable.
Note to creator.. you do lovely work -- but for a store, it is not practical to have a roof that blocks a customer's ability to see the items being sold there. Next time, please consider raising the roof high enough that it doesn't get in the way of the products on display. I recommend making the ceiling 1 meter higher on this particular one (if you ever rework it).

This building is not only made for a store, but remains perfect to make a nice house. Completed to respect the rules of environment on second norway for me. Shabby style, good textures, original, no window everywhere for privacy, spacy, low prim, no many script and not expansive, rezzer and link version if we wish to modify slightly... So a "CRUSH" after having visited many stores, even if I hesitated with leto wood version (maybe in light colored wood in the future ? I wiil be happy to see it ;)). Oh and i think the creator loves purple ! (maybe a link with spirituality or because it's just girly ?^^)
