Victorian style Pier / Dock / Jetty complete with accessories

A pier / dock / jetty that's just under 15m long, with a traditional victorian look ~ bleached wood planking with lots of shiny white-painted ironwork and brass detailing.

The basic pier comes complete with two lamps as shown, complete with particle glow effect (it's all automatic, btw ~ no need to fiddle about with clicking on/off ~ they come on when it's sunset, and go off again at sunrise ~ easy, huh?). All the wrought ironwork and scrolls on both the lamp posts and pier railing are all sculpts btw ~ no transparent textures are used, so you wont get any of that awful alpha bleed if used by prim water or plants etc (the only transparencies used are on the lifebuoy floor shadow and the telescope lenses)

Bollard with sculpted rope coil ~ 2 prims

The size is small enough not to be a problem on most parcels - it's even small enough to be positioned longways (or with a bit of imagination, can even be used as a house extension/balcony)

It's all COP/MOD, so you can use the pier and all the accessories where, and as often as you want
