Cycling Neon display sign panel with on/off lighting.
It comes in 7 colors.
The sign in the middle can hold as many signs as you like and can be set to cycle though them or change when you click on the central part.
The lighting is concentric or can be changed to flash randomly via a menu when you click on the light part.
It is copy/mod so can be resized or textured to your liking.
It come with a notecard to explain how to work it.
It has good LOD works in large areas.
