Glass Vistas windows are not just normal windows, but portray scenic beauty on the inside, so that when you look "through" a Glass Vistas window you see what you want to see, not your SL surroundings (unless you want to). The Rain Xtreme! window emphasizes rainy scenes with animted rain, thunder and lightning. The Xtreme! version increases the storm considerably! See it on display in my inworld store.
Vista windows have glass on two sides with a scene and precipitation rendered on the inside glass.
