Residents should only display this flag or banner at their home if they are the immediate family of an individual serving in the Armed Forces of the United States during any period of war or hostilities in which the Armed Forces of the United States are engaged.
It is also acceptable to display this flag with an organization if one of it's members are currently serving in the United States Armed Forces.
The flag is defined as a white field with a red border, with a blue star for each family member in active duty.

Absolutely Amazing
No words can describe how I felt when I came across this by chance. As the brother of a US Navy Sailor, the fact that someone took the time to make this means a lot to me. It's absolutely perfect and I proudly display this at my house for all to see.
