Appauling Customer Service - DO NOT BUY
I purchased numerous Fat Packs at quite a cost but, unfortunately, on the wrong one of several of my accounts. I asked if, as per their published policy, I could re-purchase on my other account and get a refund on this one, as it was a 'male' AVI account and the female hairs were useless.
Furthermore, I was simply told 'no' and then all other requests from me were completely ignored, no interaction whatsoever. Disgraceful customer service, they do not deserve to have clients in marketplace.
