If you are an estate owner with many plots to sell, then this product will make your business much easier and more efficient!
Just rez the WKS For Sale Sign (FSS) on the plot, set the parameters and then this plot will be immediately listed on a web page that shows all your available land ordered by region and parcel size.
Configurable parameters:
1.Parcel ID - Will be only used in the listing of the available plots
2.Max. prims - Use -1, if you want the value from "Parcel Land Capacity" in "About Land" window.
3.tier - The per period fee to be paid. If it is a float number (e.g. 0.35), then the tier will be calculated: float number multiplied by the parcel's sqm
4.Period - D=day, W=week, M=month (if a WKS Rent Board is used, only weekly is possible!)
5.Price - to be paid to become the owner of the parcel. If it is less than 0, then the price is calculated: tier * price
If a potential buyer clicks on the FSS, then they will get the configured values and an optional notecard and/or landmark and the link to the web page.

If someone buys the plot, then the FSS will give an optional notecard and/or landmark from its content,
will send an IM with buyer's name and plot location to FSS owner (and optionally also to the license holder),
will delete the plot from the available land database
and finally will delete itself.

The web page is ad-free and hosted on a WKS web server (and also the database). This service entails costs for WKS and therefore cannot be offered for free: L$ 50 per week will be charged (first 4 weeks are free)
Optionally you can easily embed the content of the web page into your existing web page on your web server just by adding an iframe command to your html page. Since this produces the same traffic at the WKS web server, the weekly fee remains the same.
Because the FSS is copy and trans, you can delegate the entire "preparing a plot for sale" procedure to your estate managers:
Work flow:
- abandon the plot
- set for sale to theirselve for L$ 0
- buy plot
- set land options
- set price
- rez FSS (they got configured/licensed from the estate owner)
If an estate manager rezzes the FSS, then the land price (as configured in FSS description) can optionally be forwarded to the estate owner (purchaser of the FSS)
Restrictions: Only one FSS per plot can be rezzed.
The FSS can work together with an optionally used WKS Rent Board (see related items). Then the configured parameters and the buyer of the plot will be also transfered to the WKS Rent Board. The rent board can be placed anywhere on the grid. One rent board can manage the weekly tier of up to 64 plots.
