With this payboard you can manage the weekly fee/tier of up to 64 (or 36) properties. You DON'T have to rezz one rental box for each property!

Resizeable from less than 1 meter to up to 64 meters.
Each property can have different values for these parameters:
- area size (sqm)
- prim limit
- weekly fee/tier
- min. number of weeks for the initial pay
- max. number of weeks for the remaining time
The parameters are displayed in a dialog window after clicking on a vacant plot number (see picture 2).
There is also a clickable TP link to the plot in the dialog window.
The dialog menu of a rented plot shows additional informations (see picture 3):
- tenant's name (as clickable link to profile)
- co-tenant's name (as clickable link to profile), if tenant set a co-tenant
- is tenant since X number of days
- remaining time
The tenant and co-teant can list the payament history of their property.
Anybody can pay a rented plot - if they are not the tenant or co-tenant, they have to confirm, that they really want to pay that plot.
Up to 15 managers can be set. The owner and managers can:
- set sqm, prim limit, tier, min. initial pay, max. balance, location
- set/remove tenant
- edit remaining time
- list all payments (latest 320) to the board (plot number, payer's name, value, date&time)
- list all payments to a given plot number
- make a plot available/unavailable
All changes to rented properties will be reported to the tenant/co-tenant by IM
Only the owner of the board can:
- change the headline of the board
- set the email address the automatically daily backup procedure will send its data to
- restore from backup data
- manually trigger a backup
- clear all logged payments to the baord
- add/remove/list managers and their priority value (see Call Manager button)
The board offers 3 special buttons:
Information - gives a notecard and/or landmark
Find my land - lists all the plot numbers at which the toucher is tenant or co-tenant
Call Manager - sends an IM to the owner or manager who is currently online and has the highest priority.
IM contains requester's name and a link to the rent board.
The priority of the owner or a manager can be set to -1. Then they will be ignored by the "Call Manager" function.
The board sends "will expire soon" IMs to tenant and co-tenant for the last 3 remaining days of the rent.
It also sends "in arrears" IMs every 12 hours to the tenant/co-tenant and to the board owner.
If the tenant has used the "terminate" menu item and the rent expires, then an IM will be send every 12 hours to the board owner, that he has to check/clear that plot and then manually has to remove the tenant to make the plot vacant again. This state is also indicated by a yellow plot number - thus a manager can also notice that special state.
The board can work together with WKS For Sale Signs (FSS, see related items). Then the parameters of the plot will be set by the FSS. And when the plot is sold, the new plot owner becomes the tenant. Optionally the remaining time can be set to X weeks by the FSS. The FSS can be rezzed on the same region as the rent board or on any other region on the grid.
