* two parts:
1) Pay TP = advert board with status sign and notecard giver, teleport to corresponding Return TP
2) Return TP = teleport to corresponding Pay TP

A voucher template is included to create your vouchers (L$ 50 setup fee).
If someone is wearing your voucher and clicking on your vacant Pay TP, a menu will pop up asking if s/he wants to use the voucher.
One option to spread your vouchers is "WKS Voucher Dispenser" (not included).
Members of the staff group can receive any number of vouchers from included "Free Vouchers Staff Only" object.

* If you want to protect against unauthorized use of unrented properties, there are 2 more products to choose from:
- WKS TPS Ejector (low-cost solution because usually only one is needed per region)

- WKS Home Security (high-end security system; one per property; once the Pay TP has been paid, the tenant can control the system using the menu)
* can share income with others (up to 70%)
* latest 400 payments to all your Pay/Return TPs on a SIM can be stored for later watching/analyzing
* line of sight at end of TP can be set on both parts
* owner and managers (set by name) can
- control the Pay TP by dialog menu
- change tenant and rental time by menu
- always teleport for free
* warning IMs to tenant: "tenancy will expire in.." 3 days, 2 days, 1 day, 3 minutes,2 minutes, 1 minute
* optional notify IM when state is changing (rented/unrented)
* configurable teleport window (the time the teleport pad will stay rezzed after paying - max 180 seconds.
The tenant can always rez and use a TP pad)
* optional "tenant only"/"everbody" can use tp during teleport window

Warning! Security orb not included and it is NO COPY
This product gets more expensive the more rooms or properties you wish to rent, since whilst the pay teleporter may be copyable, the security orb that should be sold with it is sold separately and, amazingly, is NO COPY and costs 790L. Without the orb the product does not work fully since people will not be ejected after their time is up. So therefore the true cost of this product is 1160L PLUS 790L for EVERY room/property you wish to rent out.
Great System...Fits my needs
This system is incredible. I am very new to renting and had a few questions on how to set it up. I IM'd the creator and he helped me understand how to configure it. I purchased the Teleport system with the security system. They work together like a dream! I highly recommend this product.
Does what it's supposed to do, R2D2 is exceptionally helpful with answering questions. Terrific customer service!
