Cozy little building, with stone wall around the yard, and stone path to the porch.

Partial mesh, and copy/modify. Note that if you start resizing things, or linking and unlinking parts, land impact may change, and the door script might not work properly. Door script is full perm, though, so it can be adjusted if necessary.

Land impact is 24.

Yard is approximately 11m x 15m. Cottage (including porch) is approximately 6m x 6m, and 5.5m tall. Total build (with trees) is approximately 10m tall.
