I must say I am getting more let down with the products lately and I used to love them. The hairbase has no detail and its pushed to far back and I use the evo x head. and the tint option makes the hair looks like a color blob, no details just a solid color and I love color. The black bun is useful and beautiful. I hope to see more improvements soon
I would love a refund
On the genus head it legit looks like i have a whole bald spot in the center of my head that goes to the middle almost looks like a five head. It looks painted on. Like i understand that Lelutka is the new focus, but lets not forget about the OG genus girlies please… The most i can do now is just use the bun smh.. Not the first time wsg did me dirty. I learned my lesson tho.
