right-click the boa and choose 'edit' from the pie menu. with the arrows you can change placement., pressing ctrl will help you to adjust it's rotation.

This is a really cute boa!!!. I especially like how it "hangs naturally" on me and can go with a lot of different things I have. Textures and prims are well done. I got her black and orange ones as well
