The Dock Warehouse has a grunge look that will incorporate well into just about any grunge, urban, industrial or ghetto themed sim. The build is meant to sit on the edge of water, though it can likely be placed on dry land if you desire.
You get sturdy poles and cable pier railings, to ensure the safety of your guests. The pier is well lit, as is the interior, with additional lights to rez where needed. You can never really be too careful.
There's a note card in each light with instructions on how to turn the lights on and off, and to turn on the sun sensor capabilities.
There's a double ramp and a loading dock out front, to make hauling in your merchandise that much easier. Two floors of space!
