A lovely mesh house, only 24 prims. It's done in colors of creams, light blues, and soft browns with a sort of brushed marble look to the textures.
The pool has been textured, but unscripted so the water doesn't move but you're free to put a script in it if you know what you're doing.

what you see is really what you get .. the house attached to an massive grass prim .. i want a refund
