Washer Dryer combo 2LI for when you need a small wash area, resize as you want

NO HUD, just edit the White wood version. You get both, a wood grain and a white wood grain as you see in the pics!

Small Washer Dryer combo, for when you need something small, and low on Land Impact, only 2! No scripts, no animations, just simple and low land impact for when you just want to have it to complete your room.

I made this as I needed a small stackable washer dryer for when I have a small rental. Nothing special, just looks good.

To keep the LI to just 2, doors do NOT open, do not want to add up prims in there! Just modern stainless steel stackable, with just enough detail to look good.

It's in the style of my houses, simple and with baked textures with a little shadow.

Full modify, so you can stretch to the size you want. The textures follow along and still look good.

-2 LI as you get it, grow bigger (4m x 4m x 1m as example is 3 LI)
-MODIFY and COPY
-2m x 2.5m x .8m deep as you get it
-stretch is not only in the corners, but X-Y and Z so you can make it tall, skinny, fat whatever you want
-Stainless steel washer dryer combo or stackable style
-Wood grain on cabinet and second lighter on the doors
-Door pulls in the wood of the doors for detail
-Marble counter top
-Shelf over counter
-5 different textures
-1 object, so stretching is easy. No linked items.
-7 faces if you retexture, use planar for best look:
-Wood cabinet, 2 faces to spread out the UV map, for more detail
-front doors
-Stainless Steel, 2 faces to spread out the UV map, for more detail
-All black parts
-Marble counter

Just a fun thing to have in your small or tiny house, trailer. Even the Linden trailer can use one! Perhaps you purchased one of my houses, it all matches!
