Use anywhere. Sounds, particles and animation.
Add the TP device to your outfit (it's invisible) .
When activated the rings will appear one at a time above your head and drop to form a stack. While this is happening your avatar hides underground. Then the rings go up again one at a time and disappear.
Select your teleport destination
When you arrive the ring stack will appear then disappear as before but this time your avatar will be visible as the rings are disappearing.
