Not What Appears..But
Ok needed a buoy so thought this would do the job. When received the buoy did not look like picture. The base is like a life buoy (red/white) the flashing light is Yellow. The sounds are there and can be turned on/off. Now for the good part. It is MOD (textures as well) so I proceeded to make changes to scripts. (they are NO MOD) Had to delete and add mine. Changed flash to Red, didn't like the splash (can not be turned off) so I deleted. I now have something very similar to what is on picture. So if you know how to work objects and scripts then this is the one.
