Mesh Welcome Sign with 2K PBR GLTF textures.
I can make signs with custom text (2K PBR) for extra 250L$. If you are interested, first, you have to buy the standard version. After, send a notecard with the text.

beautiful work and a wonderful creator
The sign itself is beautiful, the quality and the texture but even better, the creator offers custom wording on the sign and when I requested one made for my sim, he had it to me the same day, not only that, he came to visit my sim and did another winter version as well so it would fit in better with the theme. Please, please, please support creators like this.
