This stairway is a soft shaded mesh product and will be delivered in three versions.
1) with prim physics, what means that each step is functional. Try it, it's great! The overall LI for this version is 6 (~5.9 in linksets)
2) with convex hull physics - recommended. This stairway is physically a ramp and the resulting LI is 3 (~2.7 in linksets).
3) version 2, but untextured.
The textures are material enabled (with bump maps) to give you a most realistic impression. There are no specular maps applied as it would look very artificial on these particular textures.
