Not very usable
collision mesh is a bit wacky and messes with the door way, you have to hug one side of the doorframe to be able to get in
Perfect for what I needed.
This thing might not be for everyone, but it was perfect for what I needed. I wanted a small office building that was industrial themed, and that's just exactly what this is. It's no-frills, yet with some pretty nice detailing for the price. You can edit the windows, inside and out, and change the transparency to 100% for open windows. You can also tint them to any shade and color. The roof was a tad too high and not exactly level with the main structure. No problemo, simply edit and lower it, done.
