► Alaric is a light fantasy/medieval house inspired by nature. You will find little details of this theme throughout the home in various forms.
► Floor plan:
Porch: The entrance of the porch is an archway that is adorned on the inside with beautiful carvings. The same flowery and leafy designs also can be seen on the wood railing enclosing this area. The weight of the overhanging roof is supported by three pillars, each of which have an ornate design of a vine with leaves wrapping around them. As a finishing touch the door has brass metal work with vines and flowers on the hinges, a Celtic design on the back plate of the door handle, and last but certainly not least a heavy brass acorn as door knocker.
Room 1: After walking through the door you are met with a spacious living area. Covering the walls is a wattle and daub texture, with dark wood planks covering the floor. In this area you will also find a richly carved fireplace. For your safety a brass grate has been added that has even more details like acorn and leaf designs, all mounted on elegantly curved bars. For a realistic touch soot has been added, giving you that feeling of many winter nights spend sitting next to a warm fireplace.
Room 2: To the side of the large first room you will find the other room of this lovely home. This space is ideal for a bedroom or a bathroom
►A HUD is included which lets you pick what type of material you want on the wall dividing the 2 rooms. There are 3 available options: wattle & daub, wood, or stone. Each side can be changed separately.
On this HUD is also an option to change the metal roof topper and chimney topper. The 2 options for the roof and chimney are a brass/gold metal representing the sun, and a silver metal representing the moon. Both the roof and chimney can be changed separately.
► All windows are textured with an original leaded glass material that is created by me. Furthermore there are several original textures you can find throughout the house that have been created by me, like the wattle and daub texture and the stone textures.
► Included with this building is optional medieval looking brass lanterns that hang from the ceiling which are, just like the rest of the building, richly decorated with nature influenced details. Inside the lanterns is a half melted wax candle. Each light comes with a light switch that is scripted to a specific channel, so an entire group of lights can be switched on/off by clicking the corresponding switch. Alternatively, you can click each individual light to turn them on or off if you don't want to use a switch. The lantern is 3 land impact each, the light switch is 2 land impact each.
► A snow roof add-on is available for this building. All snow roofs are only available for purchase in the in-world store.
► This item is also available in a wood, and stone version in the store.
