► Nova is a quaint farm house that can fit smaller plots of land, but still has a lot of space to fit your beloved belongings. Nova comes with a HUD that provides many customizable texture options.
► Floor plan:
Nova is a 1 story farm house with mostly an open floor plan.
After stepping through the double front doors you find yourself in the main living room. This room is the biggest of all 4 living areas.
To the left of the main living space is a smaller space sectioned off by a divider wall. This room is ideal to turn into a dining room
Then to the right side of the main living area is another room that is sectioned off by a divider wall. In this room you will find a rustic fireplace that perfectly fits the style of the rest of the house.
And last of the spaces inside is a room accessible in the back of the main living area. This is the only room that is separated from the rest of the area by a door.
Finally we walk outside through the backdoor, and here is where you will find a cute porch!
►A HUD is included with a bunch of texture options:
- Floor : Light, mid, or dark wood. Changeable per room.
- Fireplace mantle: light, mid, or dark wood.
- Room dividers: light, mid, or dark wood. Changeable per divider.
- Doors: white, light, wid, or dark wood. Changeable per door.
- Window and door posts: white, light, mid, or dark wood.
- Metals: bronze or steel/silver.
- Porch: light or dark wood.
- Foundation: tan or slate stone.
► Included with this building is optional ceiling spotlights. They come in a silver/steel and bronze option. Each light comes with a light switch that is scripted to a specific channel, so an entire group of lights can be switched on/off by clicking the corresponding switch. Alternatively, you can click each individual light to turn them on or off if you don't want to use a switch.
► A snow roof add-on is available for this building. All snow roofs are only available for purchase in the in-world store.

◙ ◙ ◙ ►IMPORTANT: This is a prefab house, and is created in Blender. Modifying the building by attempting to move/remove walls is not possible because moving mesh is not as easy as moving prims.
