This is a sculpted and partial mesh treehouse (spring/summer edition/32 Land Impacts) with 20 high quality fun animations.
Up to three avatars can use the animations at the same time.

O Touch thewooden box to lift it up.
O By selecting the 'Watch Out' animation the avatar will automatically receive some wearable binoculars.
O By selecting the 'Sleepy' animation the kid starts to snore and a pillow will be rezzed (+ 1 Prim).

Perfect treehouse for kids!

I was looking for a treehouse that said "kid" and this was exactly what I wanted. Kid-sized, with lots of cool (and adjustable) animations. The tree and leaves are very realistic looking, as well as the wood textures. A mod version for changing parts (like the sign in front) would be cool. A demo in-world would be nice as well, as I like to see a house before I buy it, but I'm very glad I found this. Also a version with a menu that could change into the the other two seasonal versions would be terrific if possible. Great job!
