set team - team 1, team 2, team 3, team 4, team 0
gunner position fires LMG 50 cal with mousebutton/mouselook aim
Type 'bt' to toggle between LMG 50 cal and twin CMB bazookas (rockets)
Type 'ap or 'he' to toggle rocket types
If no gunner is present, the driver can operate the gun (while driving) by engaging pilot gun mode 'pg'.
Type 'pg' again to return to the driver seat.
