This Sun room glass and metal mesh built was originally made for my personal use. Since few people expressed their liking and requested a copy for their houseboats I decided to make it available on the marketplace.
In your folder Windlass Upper Add on
you will find two rezz boxes :
1.Windlass Upper Add on - with Awning - 9LI
2.Windlass Upper Add on - without Awning - 7LI
Choose the one you want to rezz and align to the right of the upper deck as shown on the pic.
Click the Rezz box to bring the menu up and choose
Build - to rezz it , then
Position - to adjust
if you need additional adjustments to align better - move the box around.
When finished click Done to remove all BB scripts and freeze parts in place.
The Add on is Mod and Copy so you can link and unlink as you wish.
You can Unlink/Remove the back wall which is there to hide the window of the deck and create a flat wall in the inner space.

Pretty good for the price
Glad that it's modify-yes, and the notecard even tells you to unlink stuff if you want to stretch or remove items. Yes you CAN change the color of the wood once you are editting a specific piece -- get the textures from clicking the life preserver in front of your house and selecting the Linden Houseboat Pack.
The room's walls do bump into the glass walls of the houseboat roof, as shown in the picture. I didn't notice that at first. Not a huge issue, but if you're a stickler for detail be aware of this. I wound up removing all the walls anyhow because after I put the room down I realized I wanted a more open deck. I built my own front wall to hold up the pretty awning, but put it halfway across the deck so that there's still some open air. It looks more like a trellis, except that instead of a thatched roof I've got this beautiful stained glass ceiling, which I stretched and made nice and big with my own frame to match my wall.
The point is, this thing is CUSTOMIZABLE. That's what makes it so nice. It give you some individual style, without being out of whack with the neighborhood theme.
Do note though that apparently its No Copy. No Copy, No Biggie lol: At this price, I can afford a new one if needed. I mean, it's like what -- forty cents?
its ok but..
first, there is no color option to match the houseboat or a way to safely change the textures to the ones that come with the hb so it is obvious that it doesn't belong there. second, it doesn't fit "perfectly", it spills over both right and left sides.
on the other hand it was cheap and only 9 prims fully rezzed, so I suppose there is that.
