If you buy items [Copy / Edit / Transfer], you can use it as you like the world of SL. It is forbidden to resell on the Marketplace. Full Perm texture you can use ready-made designs. You may not sell in its original form.
You have to change or add to your property before selling

You can resell it: Copy/Modify/No Transfer, or No Copy/Modify/Transfer, or No Copy/No Modify/No Transfer.
If you will resell it with full perm, it would be copyright infringement.
