The Wingsong Beacon is a little tool I use when I go to sandboxes. I REZ out my beacon, sit in my deck chair, select whatever fun sign I want on each side of the placard, and get to work.
That's right - there are dual texture changers on the placard, and you can easily add your own signs/textures by dragging them into your beacon's Content Tab. Use the EDIT LINK tool in your EDIT menu to access the Content Tab. Your own signs will automatically be assigned a button on the menus when you click each side of the placard. Holds a total of 22 textures.
I've preinstalled several fun textures for your amusement, plus a few shameless self promotional ones.
You can also easily change out the textures of the flooring; I've preinstalled 11 textures for your convenience, including some Persian rugs, grass, ice, solid black, solid white, alpha, a grid, and a wood floor.
The Wingsong Beacon is REALLY useful when I'm trying out a new vehicle or test driving a new wearable critter and find myself a little too far from my main camp. The pole is 20 meters tall and I've painted it hot pink with Full Bright toggled on to make it easier to locate from a far distance.
Oh - and the attached deck chair is embedded with a very relaxing original Wingsong animation.
Your Wingsong Beacon is COPY/MOD, so make all the copies you want and recolor, redecorate, resize, retexture, reDO to make it fit YOUR specs! I'm even throwing in a FREE Wingsong Modify Box, a simple, easy to use tutorial for folks with little experience in the EDIT tool.
