This is part of our Wingsong FISH HUNT Collection. Although it is a great stand alone item, it is designed specifically to be used with your FISH HUNT Deluxe and Magic rods. You can use this hook without a FISH HUNT rod but you will not be able to catch any fish unless you have the proper rod (NOT included in this package).
The Wingsong FH Fish Hook ADD with Override lets you take your own hook to hundreds of fishing areas. The onboard/internal animations of the FISH HUNT rods have you standing constantly when you fish. We at the Wingsong Dojo are known for our LAZINESS, and we prefer relaxing. So we made this great fish hook specifically for the FISH HUNT rods (doesn't shake hands well with the Pro or Beginner's rods - we make a line of other accessories that DO).
Yes - you read that correctly. The Wingsong FH Fish Hook is RELAXING! The hook isn't in YOU - it's in your clothing. NO AVATARS WERE HARMED IN THE MAKING OF THIS PRODUCT!

You may notice there aren't alot of FISH HUNT products out there besides those made by the FISH HUNT folks. The reason is because although it is an excellent and fun fishing system the animations they use make it challenging to develop overrides. We've developed a bit of a work around and decided to give you the opportunity to share in this fun with us.
Our "with Override" model FISH HUNT (FH) items are embedded with Wingsong animations that take over the animation system altogether and oftentimes include very realistic casting animations that is NOT synchronized with the rod. The animation in the Wingsong FH Fish Hook ADD with OverRide does not have any casting at all - it has alot of arm waving. I mean, seriously - if you were dangling off a giant hook wouldn't you be thrashing your arms about a bit??
NOTE: This is a WEARABLE attachment - it goes everywhere you go.
FEATURES and HOW TO USE
1 - Turn off or disable other Animation Overrides. This is not always necessary, but if you flail around it's usually because you have another AO fighting for your body.
2 - ADD your FISH HUNT Rod (DELUXE and MAGIC), then your fish hook. CAST by touching your FISH HUNT rod. Remember; your avatar not animate casing behavior, but your rod will still clock in your casts as it normally does.
3 - This is one of the few FH ADD with OverRide items we make which does not float on natural linden water. This is so you can enjoy dangling on your hook over the water OR under the water!
BONUS
For folks who would like to do nontournament FREE fishing, we're including our Wingsong Cane Pole FREE. This is a very realistic cane pole fashioned after ones I grew up fishing with in real life. It's got a great flexi line. Click on the pole for a menu of 4 gentle ambient audio loops.
